PRICE FIXING BY ZAHAVI ESTATE

to me it feels like price fixing where our rental keeps on climbing walls it increases every month of the year when I report its like I am being unreasonable no investigations I just have to pay what ive been told to pay in a very autocratic manner this month ive paid a rental fee worth 3,700 in hillbrow while last month I paid 3.500 even steve wonder can see it coming from a distance I'm not saying we should not pay but they should be reasonable as well .......THEIR RENTALS KEEPS ON INCREASING EVERY MONTH WITHOUT NOTIFICATIONS sometimes I feel its because we black people that's why we are treated anyhow.... another thing their passage doors keeps on making noise while we sleeping that's poor maintenance as some of us study and work we deserve a peaceful rest ive raised it so many times as well but nothing is being done so far
