Poor services property company in Joburg Cbd for ever, if you need flat never go to Zahavi States. My sister stays at Wimpie Tower Jeep street, flat is very dirty from the entrance and old lifts is always broken not working even now, my sister had to use steps from ground floor to 11th floor everyday with a babe imagine even management of the building are not taking serious for their tenants they suppose to take out those lifts because are very old, Foreigners are hanging washing on the windows. Rent is too expensive for nothing, never go to Wimpie Tower if you a want piece.
