Pathetic customer service

Zahavi is pathetic in terms repairs and maintainance. Deposited a bachelor ,for the month of July.Till today there is no glass in the window and the toilet is blocked. We reported but to no avail.When we moved in the place was still a mess.The building manager knows very well that we paid and there is no glass but he is doing nothing. What can you do without a toilet.Their service is so pathetic. They are very quick to take the money but what about the tenants . ????
