NO WATER AND ELECTRICITY FOR ALMOST /OVER 24hrs

Worst experience ever @Markwellhouse there is no water and electricity since around 2am of early morning loadshading. We don't have drinking water, can't flush toilet nor bath unless if we fetch water from the sewerage outside but come month end they calculate their money in full. Seipati the caretaker is useless and she gets grumpy when tenants reports such unfair issues. From here I'm going to consult rental tribunal because we're being unfairly treated our rights as tenants are undermined. Basic human living rights are not met but rent is needed in time.
