I want my deposit back

Worst service ever ,after being loyal during the hardest time of lockdown paying every cent ,even settling money differences which we knew nothing about .We moved into their building it wasnt painted or cleaned .We cleaned for ourselves as our property was downstairs waiting to be moved in.Its not our fault when you hire *********** people for your business ,l cant call it a home as its a hell hole to live in .The treatment is pathetic ,you always try by all means not to refund the deposit to the vacating tenants . This thing of exploiting people will come to an end
