Eviction

We as tenants of Centurion plaza would like the tribunal to intervene as we are facing possible eviction and threats from the landlord. We have previously made arrangements with landlord at the beginning of the lockdown, which intended to bring some sort of relief and resolution between the landlord and us tenants however it later turned out that the agreement does not suet nor benefit the landlord and that we expected to pay the rent in full. As such, we have come together as tenants to sign a petition to ask the tribunal to intervene and save us from possible eviction and and high rental charges lack of building mentainance and nor health and safe precautions practical in the building
