Deposit refund not recieved

<p>I was a tenant at Zahavi unit 401 Markwell Building, I moved out on the last day of March 2016 after handing in my notice at the end of February 2016. When I called their consultants asking when will get my deposit I was told that I must wait for 60days for whatever reason (not stated on the lease agreement) and they said they DID receive the notice. 60days later no word from them when I called I spoke to one of their agents who sounded unsure but everything started asking me about when the notice was handed in? when did I move out? Like really, are those things not supposed to show on their system. I asked her what would have happened if I would have not called cause they didn't even have my banking details she **** to me saying they sent me a letter a day before I moved out requesting for my banking details, yes I received the letter and nothing was mentioned in regard with the banking details. Got tired of arguing with her and asked her to give me the exact date of the payment after i had emailed her my account number still she couldn’t answer me. I don’t want to take this far all I want is my money please.</p>
