Deposit Refund electronically

I moved out the flat I was renting in Sanlam Centre on the 30th December 2016, it was communicated to me that I will receive my deposit in two months, today is the 3rf of March 2017 still no refund has been made.

When we moved out the caretaker checked the flat and everything was in order signed in my presence and eletrocanically submitted to Zahavi Estate before I moved.

I have been trying to call them, the phone lines have been off line for over two weeks, a lady by the name of Lesly responds to my emails when she feels the need to with a whole lot of stories.

There service is very poor and unprofessional.

My patience has run out, I am very upset and want my deposit paid back before I take further steps in handing this matter my way.
