Deposit refund

Hi, I moved out end of July 2016 from Markwell House,Unit 611,I handed in my notice letter on time and I received the letter to confirm the amount owed to me last week already.I was promised that I would receive my deposit 60 days after vacating and im still waiting!I have been calling each and everyday and I am told it will be done but nothing! They owe me an amount of R8300 and now its as if I must beg to get money back. I really dont want to get officials involved in this as Zahavi is contradicting the contract they had signed to state that I will receive my deposit in 60 days.
