Deposit Not yet paid

<p>I rented a flat(century plaza) from zahavi estates and paid a deposit of R 4 900. When I moved out end of january 2017 they gave me a letter stating that the deposit will be refunded end of march 2017 due to them getting municipality bills two months in arrears. It is now 13 april and no money has been paid. Everytime when I call them I am directed to Lesley who has been telling me a different story everyday for almost two weeks now</p>
