Abused by zahavi again

I have complain about my billing statement which it was sorted and I was advice to pay R4800 which I paid R5000 thinking that iam starting a new page ,GUESS what today my statement is 4500 where the areas top up of 309 is included ,I thought I'm paying additional 200 which will show as credit this month instead its worse ,sort out this mess as I refuse to be abused like this,zahavi I have distinction in accounting if this person who is dealing with account is failing you am willing to help free of charge as I have reach a stage where I cannot handle this anymore,Please go back to all my complain and sort this statement ASAP,do I have to come to hello Peter inorder to sort out this problem every month?
