I paid without hesitation expecting to be assisted. I couriered the required documents and never got a response that my documents have been received. I’ve sent numerous WhatsApp texts, facebook texts and emails with no response. The landline doesn’t even go through. Is this institution still operating? What happened to my money? What’s the update regarding my removal? Do I have to fight to get assistance coz clearly I won’t get my money back
