Very bad service they only want money and never deliver the services I last paid in November to date there's nothing

Very bad service after paying them off,no feedback,no updates they dedusted my money after they telling me that they are waiting for all my paid up letters which was not the agreement at first and they block your calls don't even respond on WhatsApp...Z-Fin is a no go
