Poor service
Worst service. 3 months and no movement. Constant promises from consultants to call back and nothing. Asked for a manager or lawyer to call and till nothing. Struggling to even get my money back as I paid full on the 4th of June. Really disappointing

07 Sept 2023, 14:57Good day Desigan Munsami, we are extremely empathetic towards your review, we have rendered our service and have kept you up to date and included you in all correspondence ,slandering our name is not going to assist in your plight as we have been on your side since the beginning ,as you are aware of 2 out of the 4 credit bureau have not updated your debt review status which is completely out of our hands as they are a independent government instructed institution, they are failing to update, we are striving to remedy your situation and have gone over and above the services we offer and will continue to walk this journey with you until the matter is resolved.
