Pathetic ****mers

More than a year later and still no service from this pathetic company!!!! Before I started the process I spoke to the agents. First of all they told me that they handle everything for you which was a lie. I still had to phone the companies myself in order to get my prescribed letters, some where conference calls and others I phoned myself because if you have to wait for Z Fin you can just as well flush your money down the drain!!!! Eventually more than a year after paying Z Fin I've received all my prescribed letters. Then they wanted more money for the clearance certificate. According to them it will only take 21 business days!!!! I'm still waiting for my certificate!!! Pamela and the so called manager Chris are truly ***********!!!! You guys are a joke!!! Worst "service " ( no service) I've ever received!!!! Don't waiste your money on these clowns 😤
