Outstanding customer service
I spent almost an entire year looking for a company to help me with debt review removal. Most of them promised to solve my problem in 3 to 6 months. How come it takes so long to remove something that only took a day to have it under your name, I didn't understand, so I kept searching until I came across Z - Fin.
The customer service was exceptional as I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I had a question about the product, and the support team (Chris, Vuyiseka, and others) responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Z - Fin was outstanding, it only took 30 days and for that, I'm grateful.
