Happy client

My name is Denis Puza one of the clients of Z-Fin who is currently happy with the service I received from the lady by the name Basheera. I was once mad with the company on my second service I requested from them. I phoned several times without any help in regards to my query at last she's the one who answered my call and managed to calm me down. She's always with me now and again to check whether my query is resolved or not because she escalated my query to her seniors to solve. I can assure you my query will be resolved soon, all because of Basheera, she's a patient employee with customers and she has a passion of her work.
