First intersection with Belinda was amazing, she explained everything in detail and I understood in a first go. For the fact that she took time to listen to me and gave me the assurance that I will be assisted with everything, I don't have to be the one sourcing for documents they do that with debt review company was very impressed. Sinethemba called to verify and confirm everything with me, also took his time explaining the process all over and also assuring me that I will be cleared. Communication is important and I'm at ease knowing that I will be free from the debt review flaw.
