Years ago I left debt review for various reasons and as time went by made arrangements directly with my creditors. The time came that I had paid everything off and wanted to apply for a home loan. I found out that I still need the clearance certificate regardless. I contacted Kaylene and she assisted me, there were a few "bumps in the road", but she managed to obtain the certificate. Today I'm a home owner and it was a learning process, but all ended well. Thanks again Kaylene!
