Disappointed

Hi all

I thought i would have a good turn out with this company and i got my hopes up for nothing, i just wanted to be removed from Debt Review as i am paying my bills myself, my score is effecting me to get to rent a place that i want, and i got told i would get a letter for that and an updated score, no calls are answered nor email or messages so where is the communication now i have done paying them, also they have not removed the debi check order either
