Clearance Certificate
Good day, I have been waiting for my clearance certificate from Z-FIN. Paid up my debt review removal in November was told will receive it in 30 days to date I have not yet received & called them was requested to sent paid up letters which I did. When I do follow up, they do not respond & called their office was told I need to pay R500. For what because the amount they charged for removal included the clearance certificate I also have proof of communication indicating the whole process of 1st instalment to the last. Kindly assist that I get the certificate before end of today

This has enabled you to obtain credit from multiple creditors, as confirmed by yourself when we called you earlier. However, please note that the clearance certificate was not included as part of the original agreement.
