Caleen saved your company
After completing the 6 month payment plan I wanted an update. Messaged on the WhatsApp number I used when I initially started the process and waited 3 weeks with no reply.
I finally found a number on Google as their website seemed to be attacked by something malicious and I reached and spoke to Caleen.
She is the only reason that I am giving a 4 star review as things were explained clearly to me for the next steps and she even called back within minutes as promised. People like this makes a company great so I hope and pray that those in higher positions see her value.
I will probably update this to 5 stars once my process is completed.
