I have been sending endless whatsapp tects to Z-fin regrading mt debt reciew removal however there has not been a response over the past few days. i was debited the full amount for debt review removal and now I am not getting a response when I text them.
Is it that hard to reply to my messages? Is it that hard to update me on the progress?
I am really not happy at the service right now.
