Yutility Fibre - think twice

When you sign up for Yutility Fibre you are told that you will have internet during load shedding provided your router and fibre connection box have a power backup installed. Well that is not what happens. No loadshedding there is internet. The minute the Eskom goes off so does your internet. Also you are subscribed to a 50/20 packagne but rarely get that speed. There is also no 24/7 technical support
