Worst customer service ever

Worst, most horrible customer service ever. Extremely convincing when selling the product but their after sales service once you agree to sign up is nothing short of horrific. Zero communication from them at all, you have to call in all the time and they always say they’ll get back to you but they don’t. I have called over 5 times but no help at all. I have got to the point where I asked these people to open my line and I will connect the router myself, that was also not done after the first attempt. My line was eventually open and I then realised that they sent me the wrong wifi name and password so now I cannot connect. Choosing this company to be my service provider has been the worst decision ever. The service is nothing short of disgusting. I wish I never contacted these people in the first place.
