Customer service no priority at all!!!

Chasing sales, but neglecting customer service is not a sustainable business model. Especially as an ISP. So, I'll be searching for anothe ISP who is interested in looking after its customers. I logged a call, only got a response almost. 24 hours later. With the message...you'll have to wait another 24 to 48 hours for action. NOT RECOMMENDED!!
