Yuppievhef VERY POOR service delivery

I purchased a substantial amount of goods from Yippiechef and from day 1 the delivery is sub par. I get an sms saying the delivery will be done today between 8am and 5pm. And you sit at home all day waiting for the goods! And at 5pm nothing has arrived. This has been the standard since day one! I have numerous days now of waiting with no delivery! Then you try call the service center and you get told is on the track. I remember when it was your cheque is the post - yip same line! I waited all day today I tried to follow up with no LUCK! I now want my money back and I will not order from Yuppieched again. There other stores I can get it from! Yuppie chef you have lost a good customer! I didn’t just buy online!
