Yuppieshef not so yuppie

I have ordered something via Yuppieshef and as per the website if ordered before two your order will be dispatched the same day, Today is 2 days later and I am dealing with a very unhelpful *********** consultant that stipulated that my order has not even been dispatched as yet and that is just the way it is, no idea about customer service or attempting to retain me a customer
