Yuppiechef where is my order - pathetic service

I placed an order with yuppiechef on the 12th of December 2025. Today is the 22nd of December and I haven't received my order. Order number YC*** The customer care agents are not helping at all as they don't have answers about my order. Can the management team intervene please? Something is off with Yuppiechef and yet I trusted them. They've lost a customer
