Yuppiechef ****mmed me to buy a **** level 4 purchases

On the 2nd of May 2020 I made an order of the Bosch stand mixer appliance. The appliance still shows as part of level 4 and it did say it could be delivered for 1-2weeks due to backlog of deliveries. As soon as I pay, the order says I will receive confirmation email. I never received confirmation email even though the payment went through. When I followed the link of my order it says the supplier does not have my item in stock and it says it will be delayed. The item still shows that it’s available to order online even today. I feel this company is out there to **** people in ordering their items pretending they are available. As a first time buyer I am utterly not impressed and disgusted at how Yuppiechef exploited me in this case. I had an option of ordering via Takealot, at least there they provide a date as when one can expect delivery not some **** dates. Even if you check online today (11 May2020) the item is available to order. I would appreciate to be refunded immediately if the company can’t meet my delivery so I can purchase elsewhere.
