Yuppiechef order

Yuppiechef sent me a message for delivery on the 26 th of June but I didn't receive it. I phoned several times and have been on the line for about 45 minutes - the call only to be abruptly after giving my reference number. This happened again after a consultant promised to assist. My reference number is YC***.
