Yuppiechef only loves you when you spending

Dear hellopeter<br> <br> I purchased a severin from the Yuppiechef in February 2016, unfortunately I have not been able to use it as they do not include the vacuum bags or offer the vacuum packing machine.<br> <br> This I was comfortable with, but try and call them or send an email to ask them to assist you and you are met with silence<br> <br> I don't see why I have to chase them to use their equipment.<br> I think they should collect their equipment and I shall go to the interested person.<br>
