Yuppiechef never responds

I placed an order on the 23rd of June. It eventually left their warehouse on the 30th of June. It has still not been delivered. They don’t reply to emails. I called today, were told I will be called back once they sort out the issue. Still waiting for that call. Their live chat service guy was supposed to let me know once he receives comms from courier, you guessed it, still waiting for that response. Sent a tweet and DM on Twitter. No response. I eventually phoned Aramex myself who tild me that the parcel arrived too late in JHB for them to deliver to me on the 3rd of July and that they can’t tell me When it was scheduled for delivery. Another call to Aramex told Me that the parcell will be delivered today, but that didn’t happen. Why am I spending so far close to 4 hours on hold on my phone to Aramex doing Yuppiechefs job? All you get is an automated response, received your mail, will respond, more than usual amount of mails blah blah blah
