YUPPIECHEF must be disappointment of 2020

Yuppiechef is the worst I have experienced in years. Ursula in particular gives this company a bad name. The poor call centre agents try, they are apologetic, polite, but that's where it stops. My order was delivered to the wrong address due to what looks like bad coding on Yuppiechef's website (apparently a frequent occurrence acc to one agent). They admitted fault. They promise to fix it. They break promises, repeatedly. Ursula NEVER returns calls, ignores emails, does she even exist? SIES man. First and last time i buy from Yuppiechef.
