YUPPIECHEF LEFT US IN THE LURCH

Bought a Vacuum Pack Sealer from Yuppiechef on-line for close to R3 000 as Christmas gift. Item broke after 1 week! Imported from Italy, one of the stronger, more sturdier models. Instead of taking the machine back they referred us to the Agents for the product. Elna. So we approached Elna, they took the machine in, replaced it and finally we had a machine again. Used for 1 day and it packs up again! Now WE sit with the broken machine, no recourse and no communication with Elna! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
