Yuppiechef didn't deliver all the items I ordered!

I odered 2 items from Yuppiechef and only receid one. Leifheit sweeping and dusting set ( the main and expansive item in my order R659!) wasn't delived, but on their website they say the item was shipped to me! whereas I only got a tea box.

The customer service is very slow in following up. This is what deter people from odering on these online shops! Disappointed.
