Yuppiechef bab bad service laced with lies

I have been ordering Fomoboxes from them . No I order 2 fomoboxes going to 2 different addresses. The parcel delivered to my address came per RAM Couriers and the deliver within 2 days as am in the country. The other box goes to Gauteng and is delivered by Amarex. The addresses which have been wrong on boxes going to Gauteng was miss printed for more that a year by yuppiec. Emails goes unanswered. They refuse to give me Ceo contact detail. They lie to me. I call the Amarex when parcel has not been delivered and they had wrong address placed on it by yuppiechef. The tell me they dont use RAM Couriers as they are the best in the first place to deliver to the country. 2 Day Tops. Great service. They used them for my fomobox and then changed back to Amarex and has tells me they dont use them I can organise my courier to come pick up parcel from them. When I bring to their attention that Amarex uses agents to deliver and only deliver to cities they say no Amarex is cheaper than RAM and they dont use RAM? I received my box damaged with my magnet gone they ignore me. Futher more the fomoboxes are not what they advertised and I asked about that as well no reply. Now as I have to arrange my own courier would they bring down the price of their poor fomoboxes. Was great until Aug 2019 then downhill all the way. Dec okay but not great. The funny thing is RAM picked up parcels from Yuppiechef this morning 10 Dec 2019 and to me they said in letter and per call they do not use their services. Customers are not stupid some do their homework. I hope the CEO comes back to me as all ways of getting hold of him is blocked via the company. They say they are not allowed to give out his contact nothing.
