Yuppiechef and their customer service lies

I ordered a Nutribullet from Yuppiechef in Sept. In a nutshell I had to return it 3 times with Yupoiechef not really giving an explanation as to why it was not working. It is now mid Nov and I still dont have a working device. I requested a refund and was told it was processed and should reflect in my account within 2 days. It is 6 days later and I had to make contact again and finally got an email saying it has been processed and should reflect within 3 days. So I had to follow up numerous time and it still hasn't been done and not even sorry somewhere there was a mistake. Just really **** service. 3 months down the line, no device and no refund. That's YUPPIECHEF!
