Yuppiechef - a 2 month delivery delay and broken promises. Sill no product received

I ordered a bar Fridge through Yuppiechef to fit in a cabinet I was getting made. The website this would be delivered within 10 days from the supplier. It is now the 15th of October and it still has not arrived. The level or service and sticking to timelines is a joke and this experience may have put me off Yuppiechef for any item of substance as they are not reliable and cannot honour their promises!! Here is the chain of events if you are interested: Ordered on 20 August, to be delivered within 10 days. The item was in stock at time of order. On 20 September, a month later, when I messaged yuppiechef about something else I was told that there was a delay getting the product in the country and that it would arrive early September and do I still want it??? Early SEPTEMBER has passed and I have already received my cabinet which was custom built to fit this fridge. NO ONE HAD GOTTEN HOLD OF US TO UPDATE ANYTHING. 26 September I had to follow up again as I did not receive a response, only a reply saying they will follow up. 27 September - Yuppiechef now say that this item is out of stock. 7 October they say the container has landed with a different fridge and a different size. Thanks I need the size I ordered. 11 October - they tell me they have managed to find this fridge locally and confirm it will arrive Monday the 14th. 14th October - no Fridge but an apology box which is even worse as i thought i was going home to a fridge 15th October - no fridge, I called the helpline and no one could update me on this fridge, so their confirmation on Friday was not worth the paper it was written on.
