Yuppie Chef and Aramex - very bad service

The business used to be top notch, but not any more. Their chosen delivery partner (aramex) is absolutely useless and confused, and have failed to deliver 3 times in a row despite multiple phone calls and clarifying the address. On their side, Yuppie Chef has stuck their head in the sand and is not taking responsibility, expecting their clients to deal with their useless service providers.
