Yuppie Chef

I am so disappointed in the service I received from Yuppie Chef. I placed an order for a Christmas present on 19 December 2019. After 2 calls to their customer services to find out about the delay with my order and the assurance that they would check my order, I still have not heard anything and am still waiting for my order. This is unacceptable.
