Yuppichef's delivery & waiting time is appalling.

Hi,

I will never order from Yuppiechef ever again. I ordered from them on the 26th of May and I have not received the order. Its going to be the 3rd week. Its really unacceptable. I have tried calling their contact numbers and they ring a few times then state that someone is on the line. I am a first time buyer and I am utterly disappointed at their delivery services. I use Take a lot and other services quite a lot. They have never taken this long. They usually take 2 to 3 days. Then I requested a cancellation. There has not been any communication from them. I also read on their website, that it takes 8-10 days to process this. Are they in the stone ages for them to process in such a manner. Appalled and irritated.

Yuppichef, you need to work better.
