Where's my package? Who knows.

I ordered online. Paid the R100 door-to-door delivery fee. They said it would arrive between 2 - 5 working days. It's now been over a week and there is no word from them. I contacted them multiple times with no response. They sent me a tracking link and of course it doesn't work. Beyond disappointed as I spent a lot of money and it was supposed to be a gift. Horrible customer service.
