Warranty? Were gonna try and prove it's your fault.

Product worked well for a month, then broke. First they accused us of breaking it, then it took them 3 weeks to decide if they would void the warranty. After 5 weeks they have decided the warranty is fine on a SALT N PEPPER electronic set........with after sales service and how easily it broke. Be sure if you buy anything from them, it's nothing you need the warranty on, they try their hardest to make sure warranty is void, as far as I can tell. They can contact me and correct me as a cost accountant I am willing to look through their warranty chain and see why it takes so long, if they are not looking to just void the warranty.

Otherwise stay away from their electronics.
