VERY poor client service

i bought an SK electric blanket, 4/4/2025, took it back on friday due to both sides not working- and NO replacement, NO return, NO refund... i need to wait for them to send it in to see why its not working... 4 days later- still no response, no mail- i was promised in store that i would get an email same day and quick service. really received poor client service... will NOT buy a single thing from them again. disgusting to say the least as they are overpriced to start with.
