Very impressed

I love this place! I have used them for some time now, but recently I ordered a coffee machine and craft beer from them. The coffee machine was delivered on time, but the beer was not included in the parcel. I emailed them regarding this, and almost instantly got a response. The whole problem was explained to me, they continually gave me information and feedback on the delivery of my order and inquired almost daily if my parcel has arrived. I was very impressed with the customer service!
