Useless service dont waste your money!

I have 2 outstanding orders with them, the one outstanding for more than a month and the other more than 2 weeks, awaiting on the stock. I ordered and paid both during the lockdown in the hope of receiving the goods. If I knew this I would have bought the items from the shop or a trusted online retailer. I actually think they should rather close down. The only response was an automated message blaming the lockdown for their incompetence.
