Unhappy Yuppiechef customer

I would like to inform you that I have ordered a product on the 23rd of Aug, and still havent received my parcel. Aramex was supposed to deliver it on Thursday according to an sms I received from them, which would have made delivery 8 days later that what I placed my order. I phoned them on Friday to find out why my order wasn't delivered, just for them to tell me that they don't have the name of my company, only the address. I am utterly disgusted in the bad service, and will most definitely think twice before I order anything from Yuppiechef again. They said that I will receive my parcel on Monday. According to the site delivery take 4-6 days, Monday will be 12 days.
