********* and Unprofessional Business Practices

<p>A few weeks back i Purchased storage containers to the value of a few thousand rand, based on a promise stated on the Yuppiechef website that you will get a further 20% discount if you buy three of a kind. This discount was not app**** upon checkout and I sent through a number of emails requesting the refund which I should have received. All my requests fell on deaf ears. I also called Yuppiechef, and queried this. i was told by a lady that the diso**** does not apply on a certain set of the containers- I argued that this was not what was stated on the website. She told me she would take it up with the accounts department. Eventually they sent me a lousy apology last week stating that they would give me a vouncher to the value of R300 in lieu of the inconvenience caused. I responded that I would not accept this as the value of diso**** should have been almost R900, and I requested a refeund for this. Again, no response. After many follow upss, i eventually threatened to publicise this terrible service, but I still get no response. </p> <p>Over the years, I have purchased items to the value of thousasnds of rands from Yuppiechef, and I am extremely disappointed by this unprofessional, ********* behaviour and dishonesty that I have to deal with. I will not be supporting an organisation that operates in this manner in future.</p>
