Transforming Customer Service

We recently returned a Nutribullit blade housing to Yuppiechef at the Waterfront store in Cape Town , It lasted just about 8 months and out of warranty by then , however the Manager eventually said that they would replace same as it was a faulty product , we are thankful and appreciate their service and also would appreciate their feedback on the service of the actual Nutribullit machine since the faulty blade housing caused leakage into the machine itself .
